We use google to intergrate with Google Drive. We use this to share documents from staff to students. We store the link of the Google Drive to you on the school homework4 database.
We also may use Google as a login method to verify that you are a student or staff member. We use you email address to verify this.

We use microsoft intergrate with One Drive. We use this to share documents from staff to students. We store the link of the One Drive to you on the school homework4 database.

Wonde / Groupcall
These company helps us connect to ISAMS/SIMS the company that holds records on parent/staff and contacts within the school.
We use these companies to extract timetable, staff, students, parents, events, groups, assessment data. So we can show these to you behind your logged in area.
System with permission from the school allows parents and staff to see students data. A student is also given access so they can see data we store on them.
Apple / Google
We have an app version of our homework4 system for easy access for Homework4. We may sent you push notifications. Firebase (google product) sends these on our behalf to IOS and Android devices.
